The region is criss-crossed by bicycle paths. Along the Soulanges Canal runs a magnificent 34-kilometer (20-mile) cycle path, part of the trans-Quebec green way.

Already very popular, it provides incomparable views of the canal to some 125 thousand cyclists a year.
